How far in advance should I book my senior session?

I typically book 2–3 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. Booking early ensures you get the date that works best and gives us plenty of time to plan your custom senior session.

Do you help plan my senior session?

Yes. The planning process is fully guided. During your Zoom design appointment we choose locations, outfits, styling, and the overall vision so you feel completely prepared. A Welcome Guide is also provided.

How many outfits can I bring?

You may bring as many outfits as you'd like. Some seniors choose 2–3 looks while others bring multiple wardrobe options. I help narrow down what photographs best during planning.

Where do senior sessions take place?

Sessions are customized based on your personality and the style you want. Locations may include fields, Uptown Charlotte, urban areas, studio settings, or natural spaces.

What if I'm nervous or don't know how to pose?

Most seniors feel nervous at first. I guide every pose from head to toe and help you relax into natural movement and expressions so nothing feels awkward or forced.

Can I include sports, hobbies, or props?

Yes. Seniors are encouraged to bring items that reflect their interests such as instruments, sports gear, pets, or hobby items. We plan these elements intentionally.

How long is a senior session?

Most senior sessions last 1–2 hours depending on outfit changes, locations, and session style. Longer sessions with multiple locations take more time.

What happens if it rains?

If weather becomes an issue we discuss options in advance and choose the best plan or backup date. There is no stress and no last-minute scrambling.

Do you offer hair and makeup recommendations?

Yes. I can recommend stylists who specialize in photo-ready hair and makeup for senior portraits.

When will I see my photos?

Images are viewed during a personalized Reveal & Order Appointment, typically 2–3 weeks after the session. You select favorites and choose artwork at this time.

How much do seniors typically invest?

Most families invest between $1250–$2300 depending on the artwork, albums, and digital images they choose. You only purchase what you love.

Do I get digital files?

Yes. Digital options are available within your collection and are perfect for posting and sharing your images.
