From the moment you book, we work together to design a session that reflects your personality, confidence, and the way you want to remember this season of your life.
I work with seniors and families throughout he greater Charlotte area — including elevated locations in Harrisburg, Charlotte, Concord, Lake Norman, Ballantyne, and more guiding you through every part of the process — from choosing locations and building outfits to planning a session flow that feels natural and exciting. Whether your style leans toward golden fields, urban textures, dramatic studio lighting, or a mix of it all, your session is planned intentionally with your story at the center.
On session day, you don’t need to know how to pose or what to do. I’ll guide you through movement, help you relax, and create space for real expression so your senior pictures feel authentic, confident, and unmistakably you.

The SNP Senior Portrait Process
LET’S GET STARTED
Fill out the contact form and I’ll we'll schedule an initial call to walk through everything you need to know. Once you’re ready, we’ll reserve your date on the calendar. Senior sessions typically book at least 2–3 months in advance, so the sooner we connect, the better.
DESIGN & PLANNING APPOINTMENT
This Zoom meeting takes all the stress out of the process. Together, we’ll plan your locations, outfits, styling, and overall vision. You’ll receive helpful resources so you feel fully prepared and excited for your big day. I’m available for as much help as you need moving forward.
SESSION DAY
Show up feeling confident and ready to have fun — I’ll handle the rest. Get your hair and makeup done by your preferred stylist, or do it yourself with help from my makeup and hair guide. I’ll pose you from head to toe, help you settle into natural movement, and make sure you look and feel your best throughout the entire shoot.
REVEAL & ORDER APPOINTMENT
During your final meeting, you’ll view your images, select your favorites, and choose the products that best fit your home and your style. This is where your portraits come to life as beautiful artwork that celebrates this incredible milestone.

Investment
Your senior portraits are a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and my goal is to create images that feel authentic, confident, and completely personal. Whether your session is simple and classic or bold and fully styled, every detail is thoughtfully planned to reflect your senior’s personality and style.
The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer and our full planning and design process. This includes a pre-session consultation, personalized session planning, preparation guidance, a fully guided photo session, and a custom reveal and ordering appointment.
Additional shoot dates, locations, or specialty sessions (such as fall + spring or cap & gown) for $150 per additional date.
Bringing your portraits to life
Artwork, Albums & Digital Images
Portraits and digital images are selected after your session, once you’ve seen your finished gallery. This allows you to choose how you want to enjoy your images without committing before you know which moments you love most.
Most families choose between two options for their senior pictures:
A Signature All-Inclusive experience that includes the full digital gallery and a handcrafted album, or
A Digital Collection for families who prefer a simpler approach.
You’ll receive clear guidance during your reveal appointment so you can make confident choices with no pressure and no surprises.

I typically book 2–3 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. The earlier you reach out, the more likely you are to secure the date that works best for you. Booking early also gives us plenty of time to plan your custom senior session.

You can bring as many outfits as you’d like. Some seniors prefer a simple session with 2–3 looks, while others bring their full wardrobe and switch throughout the shoot. During the planning appointment, I help you narrow down outfits that photograph beautifully and match your locations.

Sessions are customized based on your personality and the look you want. I photograph seniors throughout Charlotte, NC, including Uptown Charlotte, as well as surrounding areas with golden fields, colorful urban locations, studio backdrops, and natural settings. I’ll guide you to locations that fit your style and photograph beautifully with cinematic color and light.

Totally normal — most seniors feel this way at first! I pose you from head to toe and guide every movement so nothing feels awkward or forced. I help you relax, loosen up, and settle into natural expressions. You don’t have to know what to do — you just trust me, and I take care of the rest.

Absolutely. This is your story, and I love incorporating the things that make you unique — instruments, sports gear, pets, books, fashion pieces, or anything that reflects your personality. We’ll discuss options during your planning appointment so it all feels cohesive and intentional.

Most sessions last 1–2 hours depending on locations, outfit changes, and the style you want. More elaborate sessions with multiple locations or studio add-ons take longer, and I’ll guide you through timing during the planning phase. As a rule I generally only book one session per day so that you get all of my focus.

Weather can be unpredictable in Charlotte, so I always keep a backup plan or rain date available. If the forecast looks questionable, we’ll discuss options and adjust as needed — no stress and no last-minute scrambling.

You’ll view your images during a personalized Reveal & Order Appointment, typically 2–3 weeks after your session. This is when you choose your favorites and select your artwork, albums, and digital images.

Every session is customized, so final investment varies. Most families typically invest between $1600–$2500, depending on the artwork, albums, and digital images they choose. You only purchase what you truly love and I do offer payment plans.
